Standard health fairs or screening activities include blood pressure measurement, cholesterol and blood glucose level testing, body mass index, vision and hearing testing, and immunizations. Health specialists can provide information, literature, and consultation on nutrition, physical fitness, and the prevention of disease. Certain events will also give participants a list of mental health-related resources, stress coping techniques, and a list of alternate locations to seek treatment.
At INPC Physical Therapy, we do take insurance for health screening based on your individual plan and provider. If you have any other insurance-related questions, please feel free to contact our staff, who will be able to assist you in this regard.
